Convenient, powerful, doesn’t take up much space
It is a product I have been using for a long time. I use it for many purposes, not just for smoothies. Color is nice.The blade quality is also very good. It can easily process icy fruits.So ice crushing is enough for me.Like the performance. I didnt experienced any leakage.Lid is great too.After using, cleaning process is easy enough when you use just dish soap ,water and blending again. It is a sufficient product for families of 2-3 people. It may be insufficient for more people.

Great little blender
I use this everyday now. My son also uses his multiple times a day. It’s a small motor, so you really must follow the instructions for use. But for quick smoothies or sauces without too much hard stuff, it works very well. I only blend soft food or small amounts of ice that can blend in about a minute max. I save the heavy lifting for my vita-mix. This is easy to transport and use on the road. Coffee granita, anyone?

PERFECT FOR PROTEIN SHAKES
I love this thing so much. It is the perfect size for protein shakes. And the small cup is perfect for single serve desserts . The blade is very sharp and it blends perfectly. It’s lightweight and plastic which is good for me bc I drop stuff 👌🏻 would definitely purchase again.

Bought this for travel

It does a fine job
I was trying to remember why I’d only given it 4 stars. I just remembered: tall cup that doesn’t have a handle tips over too easily. I prefer no handle. But after spilling my smoothie way too many times before the lid got put on and having a serious mess to clean up, I had to retire that cup and only use the one with a handle. The handled one hasn’t tipped over at all. The smaller ones are the same design as the tall handleless cup. But they’re short enough that they don’t tip over. Anyway, all in all, I really do like this set. I bought the first one 3 years ago, made a smoothie for breakfast every day. Then the rubber under the blades wore down too much to make the blades spin. Rather than just getting the blades, I got a whole new set, so I can use the new stuff as the old stuff dies. Yes, that’s how much I like this blender. The more expensive ones aren’t even necessary for personal use. I use frozen fruit and it’s tough enough to break them down. Maybe ice cubes are more challenging. But it meets my needs quite well. The only change I’d ask is that the tall handleless cup have the same base design as the one with the handle 🙂

I love this thing!!!
Over the last three months I have used and abused this thing with everything from fruit, to protein powder, mixed drinks, and tons of ice cubes and it hasn’t missed a beat. Just use it, rinse it out and set it aside for next time. This thing is the Honda engine of small blenders.

It’s a good starter set, but it’s easy to outgrow
This smaller Magic Bullet set is plenty powerful and is good for a small smoothie, but the emphasis is on SMALL. Many pre-packaged, single serving frozen smoothie packs are too big for this little blender. But for a smaller mix, it’s pretty great.I do have a small concern about the fact that the rubber (?) “fins” which connect the blade to the motor seem to be slightly discolored and the metal piece looks like there’s some white stuff flaking off of it after sticking it in the dishwasher. I’m also a little concerned that the motor seems to emit a bit of an ozone smell everytime I use it.Also, it’s a little loud. Not a big deal if you’re using it alone, but your roommates might not love it at 6am.Overall, it’s a winner. It’s been used nearly daily for the past couple of months and I appreciate the convenience and ease of use.

Me and my brother loved this bullet. It is easy to use, nice, and great smoothies. It broke after two years having it, maybe because I was doing carrot cake mass (2 carrot, oat flour and eggs), maybe too heavy… literally just stopped workingIt was still a surprise

I mean, it’s not expensive to begin with, right? And the things you can do with it… I use it mainly for smoothies, but there’s so much more. The main thing is I’m eating healthier. Everything works just fine as far as durability and everything, and I’ve had the product for awhile now.

This is a great little blender for the price.
This is the second Magic Blender I have purchased. The first ended up going to College with my son. I did not think I would miss it as much as I did so I bought another for me. This is so much more convenient than a traditional blender and takes up very little space. I have found it to be powerful enough for protein shakes as well as iced blended coffee.

I started drinking protein smoothies for surgical recovery and this blender is fabulous! Small and easy to store, powerful for frozen fruits and ice, quick, easy and I love the tips to drink straight from the blender container! I got a second one to use just for salad dressings. It’s so convenient to make them and store them in the same container.

Replaced one we had for years. It didn’t survive the 6 foot fall from the refrigerator. Got a mini and this full size. Lots of gadgets. Don’t try to register them, it’s not worth the hassle trying to collect “supporting” documents.

I love my Magic Bullet!!
First of all, it’s the perfect size. Sometimes I get carried away when making smoothies, but this helps me keep the portion size small. My biggest complaint is that the bottoms of the cups are rounded and don’t stand upright very steadily in the freezer. It’s powerful enough to blend smaller frozen bits but not big chunks. I’ve had it for a couple years now and it seems like it’s finally starting to wear out. The motor sounds like it’s working really hard and it gets warm like it’s overheating. It still works well though. I’ve used it for smoothies, milkshakes, and dips. It’s very easy to use and easy to clean. I would definitely buy it again.

Pretty Good Blender – Especially For The Price
I’ve pretty much switched to having protein shakes in the morning along with the occasional shake as a meal replacement or whenever I get hungry and need to satisfy that hunger with something healthier than what I used to eat…at first I tried blender bottles. They were mostly, meh. I’ve determined a LOT of how efficient your bottle may be depends a great deal on the protein powder you plan to use. They are NOT created equal and some blend better than others. I try to shy away from plant-based meal replacement/protein shake powder for only one reason: I’ve tried more than 7 different kinds and I’ve never liked the taste of any of them. Some were better than others, but none made me want to finish the whole bottle and I ended up donating each to friends who were okay with the flavor or genuinely liked the taste. Not sure if this is true with all plant based shakes, but so far (for me anyway) it has been.I prefer whey based shakes…but not even all of them are equal. This is a case where the phrase, “You get what you pay for” pretty much applies. Not 100% mind you, but far more often than not. I tried a chocolate peanut butter protein powder from Complete Nutrition once (I had a $50 gift card) and the bottle of powder cost the whole $50…which for my meager budget was quite expensive…but man did it blend and taste incredible. Best I’ve ever tried, in fact. No sugar…but you’d never know it from the taste. Unfortunately that first bottle was also my last because my finances simply cannot afford it. I discovered around this time that even the harder to blend whey protein shakes would blend much better with an actual blender rather than a shaker bottle. I’ve stuck with them ever since.For quick protein shakes that do not require ice (more than a single cube) and no frozen ingredients, the Magic Bullet works great. If your goal is to get a powerful blender to mix frozen fruits and veggies to make a smoothie, you would be better suited to look elsewhere. The motor in the Magic Bullet simply isn’t strong enough to work on anything more than as I mentioned before, a single ice cube. I tried 2 cubes once, and it was apparent from the moment I turned it on that this was not going to work. I pretty much knew this going in having done my research ahead of time on the blender and I knew the limitations, so this didn’t surprise me. If you truly wish to make a smoothie using frozen anything, I don’t know that a personal blender exists that can conclusively show they are effective at blending well. The motors simply aren’t powerful enough to expect any kind of efficiency…not without running the risk of burning out the motor and/or getting significant chunks of ice or fruit left over regardless of how long you try to blend it. You may as well invest in a larger model that has the power to blend whatever you wish. There may be a personal model I don’t know of which can do this, but I’d imagine if it can, it will come with a rather significant price tag as well. Just keep that in mind.For me, I love my Magic Bullet. I know what it can and cannot do, and that’s okay. ESPECIALLY for the price. It comes with the most cups and attachments I’ve ever seen, again, especially for how little it cost. I would gladly trade 2 of the cups for one larger cup however. Maybe twice the size? Again, this is a very minor complaint considering what it comes with, but it’s nice to know I can order a cup which is bigger that fits the Magic Bullet specifically…which I’m sure I’ll do at some point. For making my protein shakes with almond milk, an ice cube and maybe a small chunk of banana and a spoonful of peanut butter, it works pretty much flawlessly.

Good but… a bit too small
This is a great small blender but the problem is that the “large” cup, only holds 12 ounces. If you’re mixing a protein drink, you’ll quickly find that there’s barely enough room for the powder and water to fit into said cup.I ended up going with a full size blender from Black and Decker to replace this small one.

Great Value for a Small Blender
I am giving it 4 stars because it is great and fulfills its function. However, you have to keep in mind that it is not as big as other ones on the market. If you’re making a smoothie, you will have to run it a couple of times before everything is dissolved. Overall, it works great! I use it for green juices, and since I put different green leaves, I have to run it a couple of times before everything is liquidated. A good deal for the price.

Our review of the Magic Bullet 11-Piece System In ShortSO this isn’t your grandmother’s Original Magic Bullet system that they used to sell buy 1-get-1Free for 29.99 + S &H that came with the juicer system jug, the flat whipping blade as well as the cross chopping blade, and a bunch of extra cups, etc- pieces that lasted for many many years, but they have a website that sells individual accessories as well as a link to the Amazon page with extras that you can accessorize the basic 11-piece system and save money if you don’t want a billion party mugs as most people use their own fun/fancy large beverage cups …So, they still had the 17 piece system on Amazon and also at Walmart online on seasonal sale for around $49dollars in the month of November, about half off, but for some reason (call it price gouging) around the second week of December the prices all went up to about anywhere frombetween $70dollars-$89dollars for the same system. And the 11piece system went up around $10dollars or so in price also from the earlier sale price of $29dollars.And as the 17piece was no longer available I decided to buy the 11piece system (even though it didn’t come with the flat blade as the larger system comes with two different blades) and apply the coupon that came with it at the time, and apply the savings to buying the flat blade separately on their website, but luckily they had it on Amazon also, so I ordered both items from Amazon.FYI: The overall quality has gone done in these types of products, so they are kind of counting on brand recognition and consumer loyalty to maintain sales.As someone who has used the Original Magic bullet, there is a difference in the systems that are available now, as opposed to the systems from 2005 but before 2015, which were all much better in terms of quality and better priced overall, in addition to the fact that you could still get the cheap 2 for 1 deals and have two 17piece systems and two juicing attachment systems for under $50dollars total. I think my first system lasted around ten years, so it was pretty good, and then the system I bought later in 2006 was just as good but better designed – that one still works, but my mom kidnapped it. So I really needed a new one as I was tired of using a giant blender to make a single serving smoothie, and very small 1-2 servings of other things, etc..So it looks okay, but if you look at the base, the part where the blade locks into place doesn’t look as good as in previous editions of 2005-2015, but I plan to be very gentle with it (example, I crush very hard items like beans, ice, rice, etc-in the blender first then pulverize them in the serving size I want in the magic bullet then switch to the whipping blade for a finer flour, and use the cross cutting blade first when making smoothies, then use the flat blade if I need them finer/less pulpy)… Special tip when making smoothies, finely cut and freeze the fruits and vegetables (if using spinach-lightly stew soften the spinach then freeze until ready for use-and if making sorbet, use a small to medium sized food processor) that you plan to use that way you can avoid adding so much ice if at all-when making your smoothie.To clean- blend soapy warm water then wipe by hand.Below you will find the links to (cut and paste to) where I found the Magic Bullet with the coupon offer and the page for the additional flat-blade accessory. NEVER MIX PARTS
I had the motor on another make go bad. The old cups and blades fit good… BUT!!!! Never mix parts from an old mfgr with a new mfgr, they can fly apart with surprising force!!! Use only the NEW parts that came with the NEW blender!!!

Love!!
This is my first purchase of any sort of blender and I love it for cooking for myself! I find myself experimenting more and making sauces. It’s so easy to use, blends nicely, and cleans nicely because it has simple parts so you’re not having to pull apart and put lots of parts back together when washing. I haven’t had any issues with it so far!

Does not do large ice cubes well.
This is fine for small ice cubes…. not for large cubes. It jams up with ice cubes over 1″

Easy breakfast.
My girls use this blender in the morning right before they leave for school. They love that the top of the blender can be used as a cup, and there is enough of the cup tops for each of my girls.

So easy to use and very portable for travel
Used this for a ginger, pineapple, lemon & cucumber smoothie and it worked beautifully. Love all the pieces it came with. Would love to see a bigger size made by Magic Bullet.
